Shipping policy

 

 

Within the US: 
Disco Clothier offers 3 different types of shipping: Economy, Standard, and Express. Orders are shipped from Chattanooga, TN. We kindly ask that you do not email/text us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days -- as this only delays us processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Express shipping which will ship out the same day or next day depending on the time of your express order. 

 

• Orders over $100 are FREE! 
• Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
• Shipments will not go out on Sundays or Mondays. 
• We will contact you by email if an item is out of stock or if we need additional information from you. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.
• Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.

 

Overnight Shipping

• For overnight shipments please contact us first by calling (423) 644-8909. 

 

Standard Shipping: 

• We will process shipping orders once the address and credit card payment have been approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipments to be processed.

 

International Shipping: 

• For international shipments please contact us first at (423)-644-8909.

 

Lost Packages: 

• We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the USPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS location first. Next, you can file an insurance claim with USPS. Insurance claims must be filed between 15-60 days from the date the package was delivered. USPS has the right to deny a claim if they show the item as delivered.
